The 2008 Vaypor is the Official Race Boot of Team Bont Wheels and many other national teams around the world. This year, we offer 3 genuine Australian leather options. Two in black and one in white. The other colors are made with our shiny microfiber outer. Both are long lasting. The boot is available in a number of configurations, the biggest choice you will have to make is weather you want 2 or 3 point boots. Bont’s new 2 point magnesium Sniper Evo4 is available in 195mm separation and makes for a very light weight and strong combo when matched up with the Vaypor. The Vaypor can also be made in 165mm for inline or a super stiff version for Short Track.

The base is made by hand by sandwiching cross weave carbon and uni-directional carbon fiber which is embedded with epoxy thermo setting resin. The fibers are hand laid in the matrix according to the strain they will have to bear. Super Mold Technology allows you to obtain a custom fit from a stock boot. The lining is a long lasting micro fiber that doesn’t degrade or smell like leather does. The frame that comes with the 3 point package is the world's lightest frame, the S-Frame. The S-Frame is made from 93% pure magnesium and depending on the length, it can weigh as little as 90 grams. The Wheels are Bont’s new dual durometer professional racing wheels made in the USA. Packages come with 100mm or 110mm wheels. The bearings are Jesa Swiss 608 steel bearings, the same bearings that in 2007 broke the 500m and 1000m world records.
